North London Naturopathy holds some information about you. This document outlines how that information is used, who we may share that information with and how we keep it secure .

North London Naturopathy respects your right to privacy and will process personal information you provide only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws.

All records held by NL-Naturopathy will be kept for the duration specified by guidance from our professional association AMH.

We do use electronic forms on our website making use of an available ‘forms module’ which has a number of built-in features to help ensure privacy. We also aim to secure forms where appropriate.

We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We will seek your express consent before sharing your information with your GP or other healthcare providers.
